La luz de Elna

Eté 1942. Elisabeth Eidenbenz dirige la maternité d'Elne, dans les Pyrénées-Orientales. Dans cette institution appartenant à la Croix-Rouge suisse, elle accueille les femmes enceintes vivant dans des camps de réfugiés et d'internement. Avec Victoria, une jeune mère catalane exilée, elle se montre même déterminée à leur venir en aide. Mais la maternité dérange le régime de Vichy, qui souhaite la fermer. Elisabeth et Victoria vont alors tout faire pour continuer d'héberger des femmes dans le besoin, quitte si besoin à les cacher.
