Una colt, in pugno al diavolo

Pat Scotty is hired to eliminate a gang of Mexican bandits led by El Condor. Scotty craftily earns the trust of the bandits, enabling him to trap them all, but in the meantime, genuine friendship and respect have developed between him and El Condor.

Pat Scotty war Captain in der Armee; nun wird er angeheuert, um eine Bande mexikanischer Gangster, die von El Condor befehligt werden, auszuschalten. Er gibt vor, ein Goldsucher zu sein und kann so das Vertrauen der Banditen erlangen. Mit der Hilfe eines mexikanischen Mädchens, das sich in ihn verliebt hat, kann Pat die Bande gefangennehmen und die Siebte Kavallerie zu Hilfe rufen. Während der Zeit des Wartens entwickelt sich aber zwischen El Condor und ihm eine Art Freundschaft – jedenfalls Respekt. Als El Condor fliehen kann, stellt er ihm alleine nach und fordert ihn zu einem alles entscheidenden Duell.

Pat Scotty, un ex ufficiale del comando militare di frontiera, viene incaricato di infiltrarsi in una banda criminale messicana, spacciandosi per cercatore d'oro; questi entra quindi nelle simpatie del loro capo, ossia il Capataz, e con l'aiuto di una donna mette in atto un piano che consenta l'assedio dei banditi da parte dei soldati. Il Capataz riesce comunque a fuggire, ma viene presto raggiunto da Scotty, che tuttavia lo risparmia, affidandolo alla giustizia.
