Shanda's River

Emma è un'antropologa che si reca a Voghera, una piccola città nel nord Italia, per condurre uno studio sulle oscure leggende che ruotano intorno al fiume Shanda. Il fiume deve il suo nome a Shanda, una giovane contadina uccisa all'inizio del Cinquecento perché accusata di stregoneria. Quando Emma inizia a indagare, rimane intrappolata in un sortilegio che la costringe a rivivere continuamente la stessa giornata: ogni volta si risveglia nella sua camera d'albergo alle 4:00 del mattino e ogni volta rivive l'orrore in cui è stata intrappolata. Scoprire la verità che si cela dietro la leggenda sarà l'unico modo per uscire dall'incubo.

Independent Italian horror Movie. Inspired by the classic Italian horror movies of the 70s and 80s. A professor, Emma goes to Voghera, a small town in Northern Italy. To study the story of the witch Shanda killed in the early 1800's, on the river bank from which it is named. The professor will be enslaved to a magic spell and will be forced to repeat the same day over and over. Every time she will be killed and every time she will start the day again.
